Hi George, We've just about settled back in to our normal regime. It feels quite peculiar to not have things to be doing in the evenings and weekends. Where do I start with our experience... I think the best thing about having Nyama do our catering for our wedding were the staff themselves. The whole team kept a smile on their faces throughout the day, they were really polite and efficient. Everything we asked of them (and we had quite a few random allergies etc) were dealt with really well. It was really reassuring that Nyama had a good understanding of how to cater for people with allergies and meant that on the day we were able to relax. How have I managed to get this far and not mention the food itself?!? I think the biggest compliment we had was someone saying "I don't think I like banana curry, but I'll give it a go" then coming back to me later on and saying "that banana curry is so great that I will be coming back for seconds". Both the meaty and vegetarian options were fantastically delicious and tasted even better cold the next day. The range of options was really good. The speed at which people were served was great. To be honest, there's nothing I can fault.  Please pass on my thanks to the rest of the Nyama team. I hope that I can convince some of my other friends to have you cater their events in the future and if not, then we'll certainly have you back for future wedding anniversaries, birthdays etc. Many many thanks, Matt and Amy
