I think you could include ease of payment in your measurements, because that service is efficient and really easy to use. I have not rated 10 across the board for anything before.I could not have asked for more delicious food, beautifully presented – and so plentiful!  David was extremely hard working, kind, courteous, and without being asked, made a decision that cost him more time and effort, but improved the party for all of my guests (he chose to move the van from the drive way so guests could walk up a long candlelit path and not have to squeeze around a vehicle at the end).  And because I was such a party girl, I did not even make time to thank him.  Might you please send my thanks?  I have recommended you already and we are still eating the delicious pork, as are a good portion of Sussex and North London.
