Hi George. I'm So So sorry it has taken so long in getting back to you. I wish to say what a super day we had on the 5th June, every thing was made perfect by the two young men David and Ewald who just got on with what they  had to do in a very calm and professional way. The lamb, potatoes, and salads worked well. The deserts where lovely and the ice cream cart just finished it all off. All our guest enjoyed the the meal and it was good that I could be with them as the two young men just took over. It was a lovely day good food and the sun was shining.
