George.I cannot say how perfect everything was last night.  Your team were charming, efficient and worked like Trojans all evening.  The food was sublime and I can’t remember an event where there has been such universal praise for the quality (and quantity) of food. Although everything was completely delicious the vegetarians were particularly delighted to be treated so well with such an interesting choice – not something they are used to. The left overs have proved very popular this morning, I bought a few baps on the way into work and everyone is tucking into pork baps which is helping a few sore heads I think.
