Thai BBQ Pork | Moo Yang
2 chopped garlic cloves 
6 cilantro roots, scraped and chopped 
1/2 tablespoon ground white pepper
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce 
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon superfine sugar 
1 pound pork tenderloin or loin, thinly sliced at an angle into strips
Soak skewers in water for 1 hour to prevent them from burning. | Combine all the ingredients but the pork in a large bowl and mix well. | Add the pork and marinate overnite. | “Weave” the strips of pork onto the skewers | Grill on High Heat charcoal BBQ, turning a few times, until the pork is cooked through, roughly 5 to 8 minutes.  | Serve on a bed of Egg Fried Rice
