In our humble opinion: A BBQ (preferably Wood Fired) should really be the extension of ones kitchen, and not some rusting, cobwebbed bucket we roll out when the calendar signals BBQ Season… Of course blazing summer sun, beers, friends and the ubiquitous sausage, burger and well-done steak is great fun! But there's so much more to BBQing in terms of interesting, tasty food with depth of flavour – and why reserve those pleasures for the summer months alone?
