Two Course Wedding Buffet


At Nyama we offer our Wedding Clientele something slightly more informal yet still super professional and truly unique.

We Say: Gone are the days of traditional Weddings where guests are sat around tables with strangers for hours having to wait upon courses and courses of nicely presented but tasteless cuisine!

We strongly believe that the success of your Big Day revolves around the food (and drink of course). That’s why we have come up with two fun, informal and tasty Wedding Menus that has been hugely successful for more than a decade now.

This is more than just food but rather a “Catering Experience”, where we not only create scrumptious BBQ style cuisine but also an awesome atmosphere where Bride & Groom, Family and Guests can really just enjoy themselves whilst tucking away on some Nyama.

Char-Grilled Asparagus Spears with Olive Oil, Lemon & Grated Parmesan (V)

Mini Boerewors Beef Sausages with Mrs Balls Peach Chutney Dipper

Seared Venison, thinly sliced & served medium-rare with Homemade Blueberry Sauce

Flame Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drummettes

Seared Scallop & Chorizo Skewer

Mixed Veggie Skewers with Halloumi Cheese (V)

Slow Spit Roasted Meaty Mains

Deboned Shoulder of Pork, Slow Spit Roasted with Freshly Squeezed Lemon and Maldon Sea Salt served with Homemade Sweet Mustard and Apple Sauces

Deboned Leg of Lamb on the Spit basted in a Homemade Greek Style Basting served with a Yoghurty-Minty-and-Slightly-Chilli Sauce

Hi George. Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and your team for the wonderful wedding BBQ and bar package.  From start to finish, they were all wonderful and played a huge part in the success of our day!  It  was such a relief to arrive at the venue, to happy smiling faces and feel safe in the knowledge that we could sit back, and let a professional team make it all happen! And they did!  Nothing was too much trouble and the food was absoloutely delicious, as we knew it would be from the taster BBQ. The cocktails were a great success and I loved the lamb and minty chilli yoghurt dressing, and although I missed the chery and bacon rolls - my husband tells me they were amazing!  Thanks again for making the whole process so easy and stress free. The guys that came and did the cooking, etc.. at our wedding we're great. Friendly, helpful, and the food was amazing. Can't say much more than that, we are very pleased and happily recommend Nyama.

Dear George and team. We just want to say an enormous thank you to all of you at Nyama for your superb catering at our wedding this weekend. We loved every dish you served up and the comments from all our guests were universally positive!
